    3/4 cup brown sugar
    3 egg yolks
    3 heaping tblsp. flour
    2 cups milk

    Recipe



    Combine brown sugar and egg yolks. Stir in flour to make a paste. Add milk gradually and cook over a medium heat until it comes to a full boil and thickens.

    Remove from heat and add 1 tblsp. butter.
