1 egg
3/4 cup milk
5 Tblsp. splenda (or sugar)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Recipe
In a small bowl, beat egg. Add milk, splenda, vanilla and salt. Pour into two ungreased custard cups. Sprinkle with netmeg and place custard cups in a baking dish and fill the baking dish with 1/2 to 1 inch of water. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
