    Crust:
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1-1/2 cups flour
    1-1/2 sticks softened unsalted butter

    Filling:
    1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Topping:
    Fresh strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries

    Glaze:
    1 6-oz. can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
    1 tblsp. cornstarch
    1 tblsp. fresh lime juice
    1/4 cup sugar

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    For crust, combine p. sugar, flour and butter until it forms a ball. With your fingers, press into a 12-inch tart pan with removeable bottom. Be sure to push crust into the indentations in the sides. Pat until crust is even. Bake for 10 minutes, and set aside to cool.

    For the filling, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust.

    Cut the strawberries into 1/4 inch slices and arrange around the edge of the crust. For the next circle, use kiwi slices. Add another circle of strawberries. Make a round of blueberries in the center.

    For the glaze, combine limeade, cornstarch, lime juice and sugar in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until clear and thick (about 2 min.) Let it cool. WIth a pastry brush, glaze the entire tart.

    Keep the tart in the refrigerator. Remove about 15 minutes before serving.
