Recipe Introduction
I was raised on banana pudding. It seemed like Mom made it at least once a week, and it was everyone's favorite. I carried on the tradition by making it for my family, and my kids love it. The only part I didn't like about having to make it was standing over the stove stirring the pudding mixture in a double boiler FOREVER.... Recently, I saw an article in our local newspaper about a woman who has learned to make it in the microwave, and no one could tell the difference. Well... I'm all about quick and easy, so I decided to give it a try. After making a few changes of my own to get it to taste just like the kind I had made for years,.. I have a version that is practically FAIL PROOF! Give it a try!
