    These are nice treats for parties

    List of Ingredients




    12 vanilla wafers
    2 8-oz. packages cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs

    Recipe



    Line muffin pan with cupcake liners. Drop a vanilla wafer into each cup. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar and blend well. Add eggs and mix well.

    Pour over the wafers (fill about 3/4 full). Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from pan,... cool... and top with cherry pie filling (or fruit of your choice).
