    These sound like a nice addition at Thanksgiving for something a little different.

    List of Ingredients




    1 15-oz. can pumpkin
    1-1/3 cups flour
    1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    3/4 cup sugar, divided
    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 cup oats
    3/4 cups cold butter
    1 Tblsp. pumpkin spice

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Line a 13 x 9 pan with foil (overlaping the sides so you can easily remove bars later). Grease the foil with Pam.

    Mix 1/4 cup sugar, brown sugar and flour. Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in pecans and oats. Reserve 1 cup for later. Press remaining mixture on the bottom of the pan and bake for 15 minutes.

    Beat eggs, cream cheese, pumpkin, remaining 1/2 cup sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well blended. Pour over baked crust and sprinkle with remaining oat mixture. Bake for another 25 minutes. Lift from pan using the foil edges, and allow to cool completely before cutting.
