    Marinated Flank Steak

    List of Ingredients

    1 2-lb. flank steak
    1 cup soy sauce
    1 cup pineapple juice
    2 garlic cloves minced
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    5 tblsp. sesame oil
    2 tblsp. jerk seasoning (I would use fajita seasoning)

    Recipe

    Place steak in a large ziplock bag. Combine all the other ingredients and add to the bag. Chill for at least 1 hour (but 8 hrs. recommneded).

    Remove steak and discard marinade.

    Grill over medium high heat (350-400) 5 minutes on each side. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

    Cut steak diagonally across the grain in very thin strips.
