    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 6-oz. box stove top stuffing (any flavor)
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup ketchup
    3 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Topping:

    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup brown sugar

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375.

    Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray. Combine all ingredients and divide into 12 even portions and press into muffin tin.

    Mix topping (ketchup and br. sugar) and spread over each meatloaf.

    Bake for 30 min.
