    I haven't actually tried this, but if I ever need Eaglebrand and don't have any, I'll see if this works.

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cups sugar
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup plus 2 Tblsp. powdered milk

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling. Cook until thick (about 15-20 min.) This equals one can.
