    Recipe Introduction

    This was a favorite dish at my husband's fire station. The ingredients were rarely measured, so a lot of these ingredients you just have to add to taste.

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 bell pepper (chopped)
    1 onion (chopped)
    1 can Snappy Tom
    1 can rotel
    1/2 cup ketchup

    No measurements on the following: (use your own judgment)

    worchestershire
    garlic powder
    seasoning salt
    pepper
    Velveta cheese (approx. 2 oz)
    1 small package elbow macaroni

    Recipe

    Brown hamburger meat, pepper and onion. Drain grease and add the rest of the ingredients. You really can't mess it up.

    While this is simmering, cook the macaroni for about 6 minutes (al dente). Add macaroni to the hamburger mixture and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

    Macaroni will continue to "soak up" the liquid, so 2 cans of Snappy Tom may be necessary.
