    2 skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
    2 Tblsp. butter
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 Tblsp. Italian seasoning

    Pasta:

    1 16-oz. bag penne pasta

    Sauce:

    4 Tblsp. butter
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/3 cup flour
    1 Tblsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    2 cups milk
    1 cup half-n-half
    3/4 cup grated parmesan
    8 oz. shredded mozerella cheese
    1 4-oz. jar sliced jalapeno peppers (juice included)

    Recipe



    In a large skillet, combine chicken and 2 Tblsp. butter, garlic and italian seasoning. Cook until chicken is done, and remove from skillet.

    Cook pasta for 8-10 min; drain.

    Meanwhile, start a roux in the skillet: Melt 4 Tblsp. butter. Add garlic. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes stirring constantly.

    Slowly add milk and half-n-half. Continue to stir until smooth and creamy.

    Stir in parmesan and mozerell and stir until cheeses are melted. Add jalapenos (juice and all), and stir in chicken.

    Add alfredo mixture to cooked pasta and serve.
