    1/2 cup flour
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    10 chicken wings (thawed)

    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
    1 dash pepper
    1 dash garlic powder

    Recipe



    Combine the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt in a small bowl. Clean the wings and pat dry. Put the wings in a large bowl and sprinkle the flour mixture over them, coating them evenly. Put the wings in the refrigerator for about an hour. (This will help the breading to stick to the wings when fried).

    Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees. (just enough oil to cover the wings entirely -- an inch or so). Put all the wings in the fryer and fry for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oil and place on paper towel line pan to drain. Quickly heat the butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder. Put the fried wings in bowl with the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
