    This is a holiday tradition at our house. Just isn't Thanksgiving/Christmas without it!

    List of Ingredients




    1 small cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
    1 small carton Cool Whip
    1 (3 oz.) package orange jello (sugar-free works fine if you're watching calories)

    Recipe



    Drain the pineapple VERY well,... otherwise your salad won't be as "FLUFFY".

    Combine all 4 ingredients and chill until ready to serve.


    Optional Ingredients:

    Sometimes I add miniature marshmallows or chopped pecans.
