List of Ingredients
3-4 boneless chicken breasts
Emerils Essence (original)
Italian dressing
3/4 cup mayo
2 tsp. hoisin sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
3-4 stalks chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped chives
Recipe
Sprinkle Emeril's Essence over chicken brests, and brush with Italish Dressing. Bake until chicken is done (about 40 min.)
Chop the chicken, and add the rest of the ingredients. Chill and serve on your favorite bread or rolls.
