    1 stick sweet butter (unsalted)
    1 Tblsp. garlic powder
    2 cups heavy cream
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 cup grated parmesan

    1/2 cup mozerella cheese (grated)
    2 oz. cream cheese

    Recipe



    Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium/low heat. Add the garlic powder, cream and pepper and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Add parmesan cheese and simmer for 8-10 minutes until sauce is thick and smooth. Add the mozerella and cream cheese and stir until smooth.

    In the meantime, cook fettucine noodles until tender. Spoon sauce over cooked and drained noodles. You can add chicken or shrimp for a wonderful dish.
