    3/4 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 Tblsp. minced garlic
    1 Tblsp. minced fresh ginger
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    1/4 cup toasted sesame oil

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan, combined soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Cook for about 20 minutes until reduced by half.

    Remove from the heat and add the garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes.

    Allow to cool slightly, and wisk in sesame oil.
