    1 16-oz pkg. mushrooms
    1 Tblsp. butter
    1/2 cup beef broth
    1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
    2 Tblsp. brandy

    Recipe



    In a large skillet, melt butter and cook mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add broth, worchestershire sauce and brandy. Return to heat and cook for 4-5 minutes.
