The Best Peanut Butter Fudge

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter or margerine
- 1/2 bag marshmallows
- 18 oz peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 TBSP karo syrup
Instructions
- Put sugar, evaporated milk, karo syrup and butter into a large, heavy saucepan.
- Cook over med. heat till it reaches 232 degrees on a candy therometer.( about 7 min.)
- Remove from heat and marshmallows, vanilla and peanut butter. Beat with an electric mixer on med. until smooth.
- Pour in to 9x13 pan. Let set several hours until firm.
- Keep tightly covered.
