    List of Ingredients




    3 cup canned mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 tsp table salt
    1 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
    3 large egg(s)
    2 1/2 Tbsp fat-free margarine
    1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    4 Tbsp fat-free margarine
    1 cup McNeil Nutritionals Splenda brown sugar blend
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Mix mashed sweet potato, salt, Splenda, adding the 3 eggs (slightly beaten), add the 2 1/2 T. margarine (melted) the milk and vanilla. Mix all well and pour into a Pam sprayed 9 inch casserole dish.
    Mix the following ingredients and sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture. The 4 T. melted margerine, the splenda brown sugar, flour, and chopped pecans.
    Bake 350 for 1 hour.
