1 pound 95% lean/5% fat raw ground beef
1/2 cup onion(s)
16 oz canned stewed tomatoes
1 medium green pepper(s)
1/2 cup uncooked brown rice
1/2 cup water
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup Kraft 2% Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese Recipe
In a skillet brown turkey, drain if necessary. Transfer to a 2 qt casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Chop onion and green pepper and cut up tomatoes. Add the next 8 ingredients and mix together. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until rice is tender. Uncover and sprinkle with the cheese; return to the oven until cheese melts (about 5 minutes)
