Recipe Introduction


This recipe is easy to make,great when apples are in season
and if you like apples you will love this.





List of Ingredients



• 1/2c butter
  
• 11/4c white sugar
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 11/2tsps vanilla extract
  
• 1c milk
  
• 2c all-purpose flour
  
• 2tsps baking powder
  
• 4 large macintosh apples(or tart apples)
  
• 1tsp. cinnamon
  






Instructions



1. In mixing bowl beat butter and sugar till light and creamy.
   
   
2. Add eggs and vanilla beat
   
3. Addmilk,flour and baking powder mix
   
4. If batter is to thick add 1/2 cup milk
   
5. Pour into a greased 9x13in.pan
   
6. Peel and core apples cut into 1/4 inch slices,place on top of batter.
   
7. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
   
8. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 mins. or until lightly browned on top.
   
9. Pour a cup of coffee ,take a load off and enjoy.
