Cinnamon Brownies

3/4 c. baking cocoa
1/2 t. baking soda
2/3 c. butter or marg., divided
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 t. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 to 2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. salt
1 c. choc. chips
FROSTING
6 T. butter, soft
1/2 c. baking cocoa
2 2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 to 1 1/2 t. ground cinnamon
1/3. c. evaporated milk
1 t. vanilla
Recipe
In bowl, combine cocoa and baking soda; blend in 1/3 c. melted butter. Add boiling water, stir until thickened. Stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla and remaining butter. Add flour, cinnamon and salt. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour in greased 9x13. Bake at 350° for 40 min. Cool. For frosting, cream butter in bowl. Combine cocoa, sugar and cinnamon; add alternately with the milk. Beatto a spreading consistency; add vanilla. Add more milk if necessary. Spread over the brownies.
