1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely chopped bananas
1 3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
2 to 3 tbsp. orange juice
Recipe
Combine oil and sugar in large mixer bowl; beat well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in pineapple with juice and vanilla. Mix next 5 dry ingredients together. Add to pineapple mixture; mix well. Stir in bananas. Pour into greased and floured lO-inch bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool for 10 minutes. Turn onto wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle mixture of confectioners' sugar and orange juice over cooled cake.
