Milky Way Cake

6 regular size or 13 mini milky way candy bars
2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
Melt candy bars and 1 stick butter in saucepan over low heat. Beat remaining 1 stick of butter and sugar in bowl until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix flour and baking soda, add alternately with buttermilk, stir until smooth. Add melted candy bar mixture, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured bundt or 10-in tube pan. Bake at 350 for one hour and 20 minutes or until tops springs back when touched lightly.
NOTE: Some might mix the buttermilk and baking soda and add that alternately with the flour

Milky way Icing
3 regular sized milky way candy bars
1 stick butter
1/2 box powdered sugar
2 TBL milk
Melt candy bars and butter. Add milk and powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
Heres the second one.
Milk chocolate frosting
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
6 oz. semi sweet chips
1 cup marshmallow creme
1 stick butter
Cook sugar and milk to soft ball stage. Add remaining ingredients. Stil until chips are melted.
