    List of Ingredients




    1 frozen pound cake (10-3/4 oz), thawed
    3 C. cold milk
    2 pkgs. (3.9 oz, each) instant chocolate pudding mix
    3 C. whipped topping
    ½ C. chopped walnuts
    3/4 C. chopped cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies

    Cut cake horizontally into fourths; place 2 pieces side by side in an 8" square dish. In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 min. Let stand for 2 min. or until soft-set; fold in whipped topping. Spoon half over cake; sprinkle with walnuts and ½ C. of the cookies crumbs. Layer with remaining cake, pudding mixture and cookies (dish will be full). Refrigerate until serving.
    Yield: 9 servings
