Peanut Butter Cheesecake from TOH

List of Ingredients
CRUST: Mix together:
1 1/2 c crushed pretzels
1/3 c butter or margarine, melted
FILLING:
5 8 oz packs cream cheese cheese
1 1/2 c sugar
3/4 c creamy peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 c peanut butter cips
1 c semisweet chips
TOPPING:
8 oz sour cream
3 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c finely chopped unsalted peanuts
Recipe
Oven 350, 10" springform
After patting crust into pan bake 5 minutes and then cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar well. Add PB and vanilla and beat. Add eggs beating just to combine. Stir in chips. Pour over crust and bake 50-55 min. or until center is almost set. Cool 15 min but leave oven on. Mix topping ingredients together, except nuts, until smooth. Spread on cake and sprinkle w/peanuts. Return to oven for 5 min. Cool on rack 10 min and run knife around edge of pan. Cool another hour before refrigerating overnight
