Angel Food Lemon Bars
1 box angel food cake mix/Duncan Hines
1 can Lemon Pie Filling / Musselmans -- *see Note
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon van or lemon extract
1/4 cup water
Mix on low for about 30 sec, and then on medium for 1 min. , and put into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes. Sift confectioners sugar over the bars while warm. Allow to cool before cutting.
*22 oz. sized can/I couldnt find Musslemans, so I used a can and a half of Comstock, I just weighted out 22 oz. and I used Lemon extract.
Chocolate soda cake
1/12 of a cake will be 3 points
1 box devils food cake mix (no pudding in the mix, i like pillsbury)
1 can or 1 1/2 cups sierra mise free
Mix cake mix and soda on low for 30 seconds then on medium for 2 minutes. Place batter in a sprayed 9x13 in pan and bake for 30 minutes. (start checking after 25 minutes) Serve with FF cool whip if desired.
