CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES
OR
CHOCOLATE SNOWBALLS
2 CUPS SUGAR
3/4 CUPS CRISCO VEGETABLE OIL
3/4 CUP COCOA
2 1/4 CUPS FLOUR(might need more
if eggs are extra large)
4 EGGS
2 TSP VANILLA
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/4 TSP SALT
ICING SUGAR
In a bowl combine oil,sugar,cocoa,eggs,vanilla, baking powder,& salt.
Gradually add flour. Mix well. cover & refrigarete over night.
Shape into 1" balls (spray hands with pam for easy handling) roll in icing sugar making sure that the balls are covered completeley.
Place on a cookie sheet & bake at 350 for 13-14 min. until edges are set & the cookies cracked. Remove to cool on wire racks.
Cookies will look like they are still moist when they are done.
Optional
You can place a hershey kiss into each cookie while they are still hot
