Peanut Butter Crunch Balls
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup rice krispies
dark candy coating chocolate wafers
Beat together the peanut butter & corn syrup until blended. Stir in rice cerial until well mixed.
Using rounded teaspoonfuls shape into balls. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Chill until firm.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave about 1 min. stir until it melts & is smooth.
Drop one ball in at a time & move it around with a fork to cover it completely, lift out onto the baking sheet. You can sprinkle some chopped peanuts at this point if you like.
Let the balls harden
