Sugar cookie Icing

Recipe Introduction
This is a shiny cookie icing that dries to a hard finish (like the ones in the bakery) It dries quickly so stir frequently.
List of Ingredients
3 cups confectioners sugar
6 tbls water
3 tbls light corn syrup
food coloring (as desired)
Recipe
Combine sugar, water and corn syrup and whisk with wire whisk until well combined and smooth. Add food coloring and wish until you get desired uniform color. Frost cookies (i put the cookies on wire racks and let icing drip down sides - they dry quicker that way)
