    pumpkin cheesecake bars

    Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
    16oz pkg pound cake mix
    3 eggs, divided
    2T margarine, melted
    4 tsp pumpkin pie spice, divided
    8 oz cream cheese
    14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
    16 oz can pumpkin
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup chopped pecans (Optional)

    In a large bowl combine cake mix, one egg, margarine and 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Mix until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a jelly roll pan.

    In a large bowl mix cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sweetened milk, pumpkin, salt, remaining eggs and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well, pour over crust. Top with pecans (optional) Sometimes I do half and half

    Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins. Cool and refrigerate before serving.
