MY homemade meatloaf
Source of Recipe
My Very own
1 lb ground beef lean
1 lb bob evans original sausage
1 14.5 oz can of del monte fire roasted tomatos (crushed)
1 small-med bell pepper
equal amount of sweet onion
2 eggs
salt and pepper
garlic powder
seasoning salt
crushed red pepper
progresso bread crumbs (1/4 or so cup just till it forms)
tsp or so of frige garlic
Shape into 8 miniature meatloaves and bake on a cookie sheet lined with foil and sprayed with pam.
TOP each meatloaf before baking with a mixture (almost even) of kraft bbq thick and spicy and ketchup
