    Pizza pasta

    1 lb wide egg noodles cooked as the bag recommends (I used Muellers)
    1 jar classico marina cabernet sauce (use this type only)
    1/2 pillow package of turkey pepperoni
    1 lb hot Bob Evans sausage (roll)
    1 onion
    1 Tbl garlic minced
    salt & pepper to taste
    crushed red pepper to taste

    Brown sausage and crumble while cooking. Add the onion and garlic and continue to cook until soft. I poured mine over to the pot I boiled the noodles in at this point. Add the sauce and pepperoni to the sausage mixture and mix well, and bring to a simmer. After heated through, add noodles and stir to blend all ingredients well. Just before serving, add a 2 cup bag of mozzerella cheese and stir well, cover and let sit just until the cheese is melted all the way! Serve and enjoy. This is really yummy and a nice change on a mealtime "pasta" dish.
