Place eggs in a deep saucepan and cover them with warm or cold water, to at least an inch above the eggs. Do not put a lid on the pot. Place pot on high heat until water comes to a full boil. Take the pot off the heat, put a lid on, set your timer for ten (10) minutes and let them sit in the water. After 10 minutes, remove the lid, drain off the water,and add cold water to stop the cooking process. It is best to use eggs that are a few weeks old, because they will be much easier to peel than fresh eggs.
