Serve this chilled Fruit Soup....oh my, its so good, you'll pass out!
List of Ingredients
6 cups or so of your favorite fruit, fresh preferably, but canned will do in a pinch.
1 small box of minute tapioca
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
6 oz can frozen oj maybe some apple juice?Recipe
Cut up all of the kinds of fruit that you like, 6 cups or so. On stovetop cook 1 small box of minute tapioca with 2 cups of water, and a cup of sugar until it gets thick. Remove from stove and add 1 6 oz can of frozne oj. This is the soup broth. Tweak it however you want, but remember it wont last more than a day or two in the fridge, cause the fruit will get mushy.
