here is one of my favorite muffins if you like lemon and raspberries you will love these
List of Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 cup raspberries
Recipe
Combine flour,sugar,baking powder and salt in a separate bowl, combine eggs,cream,oil and lemon extract stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until moist fold in berries fill greased jumbo muffin cups 2/3 full bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes let cool and then remove to racks
