    Serve with tortilla chips


    List of Ingredients


    • !/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    • 1/2 tsp. crazy salt
    • 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce (more)
    • 2 (16 oz.) cans black beans rinsed and drained
    • 2 cans mexican style corn, drained
    • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
    • 1 large ripe tomato or cherry tomatoes chopped
    • green pepper and red pepper chopped
    • 1 avacado pitted and chopped


    Instructions


    1. Mix altogether and let sit a few hours.
