List of Ingredients
- 32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 2 C. grated chedder cheese
- 1 C. cream of celery soup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 pt. sourcream
- 1/2 C. butter
- 2 C. crushed cornflakes
Instructions
- Mix in 9X13 casserole dish the hashbrowns, onions, cheese, soup, sourcream, salt and pepper. Top with butter and cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours (no cover) in a 9X13 casserole dish.
