    This goes quick and is a family favorite.


    List of Ingredients


    • 32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
    • 1/2 C. chopped onion
    • 2 C. grated chedder cheese
    • 1 C. cream of celery soup
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp. pepper
    • 1 pt. sourcream
    • 1/2 C. butter
    • 2 C. crushed cornflakes


    Instructions


    1. Mix in 9X13 casserole dish the hashbrowns, onions, cheese, soup, sourcream, salt and pepper. Top with butter and cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours (no cover) in a 9X13 casserole dish.
