Kelbaska and potatoes

- Beef Kelbaska sasauge
- 3 to 4 medium potatoes cut into chuncks
- 1 small onion cut into small chuncks
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- about 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- On a large piece of aluminum foil place the Kelbaska in center of foil. In the center of the Kelbaska put the potatoes with the onion and garlic on top of all. Wrap in foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
Final Comments
You can add carrots and celery to this for added flavor. This can also be done over a campfire.
