6 LARGE EGGS
2 C. SUGAR
3/4 C. OIL
3/4 C. POTATO STARCH
1-1/2 C. CAKE MEAL
4 LB. GRANNY SMITH APPLES (8 TO 10)
3/4 C. SUGAR, MIXED WITH
CINNAMON TO TASTE
JUICE OF 1 LEMON OR
1 TBL. REAL LEMON JUICE
1 C. CHOPPED NUTS
CINNAMON & SUGAR MIX FOR TOPPING

MIX THE FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER FOR THE BATTER. POUR 1/2 OF THE
BATTER INTO A GREASED 10" X 15" PAN.

PEEL APPLES AND SLICE. ADD THE 3/4 C. OF SUGAR, CINNAMON AND LEMON JUICE.
POUR APPLES OVER THE BATTER AND TOP WITH THE REMAINING BATTER. SPRINKLE
WITH THE CINNAMON AND SUGAR MIXTURE AND THE CHOPPED NUTS.
BAKE IN PREHEATED 350' OVEN FOR 1 HOUR.
THIS IS JUST ABOUT THE BEST PASSOVER RECEIPE IF HAVE EVER HAD. IT WOULD
BE A WONDERFUL CAKE ANYTIME OF THE YEAR.
