    APPLE SPINACH SALAD

    List of Ingredients

    3 APPLES, PEELED, CORED, AND SLICED
    3 GREEN ONIONS, THINLY SLICED
    3 CELERY STALKS, DICED
    JUICE OF 2 LEMONS
    1/4 C. MAYONNAISE
    1/4 C. TAHINI
    2 TBL. HONEY
    4 C. SPINACH LEAVES, TORN SMALL
    1/4 C. TOASTED SESAME SEEDS

    APPLE-SPINACH SALAD Serves: 6
    Key Ingredient: APPLES
    Courses: salad
    Effort: easy


    IN LARGE BOWL, TOSS THE APPLES, GREEN ONIONS AND CELERY WITH THE JUICE OF
    1 LEMON TO KEEP THE APPLES FROM DARKENING. SET ASIDE.

    IN A BENDER, OR FOOD PROCESSOR, BLEND TOGETHER THE MAYONNAISE,, TAHINI,
    HONEY AND REMAINING LEMON JUICE.. THE MIXTURE WILL BE VERY THICK. TOSS
    WITH THE APPLE MIXTURE.. COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND CHILL. JUST BEFORE
    SERVING, PLACE SPINACH IN LARGE BOWL, ADD THE APPLE MIXTURE AND TOSS TO
    COAT SPINACH THOROUGHLY. GARNISH WITH THE SESAME SEEDS.
