    1/4 pound butter
    1/4 pound cheddar dheese
    1- 3 ounce cream cheese
    2 egg whites

    Recipe



    Melt cheese and butter in double boiler, fold in beaten egg whites.
    Keep hot.
    Spread on one inch squares or wedges of bread.
    Put in refrigerator overnight on cookie sheet.
    The next day Bake at 425 for 5 minutes. Serve hot

    Can also serve it from dish on any kind of cracker. Make sure it is hot
