    Great Bread Machine Baking

    This is just like a bread that we bought at a specialty bread store in Seattle. It make scrumptious toast or just plain with butter. It also make a great peanut butter and jam sandwich!

    List of Ingredients




    2/3 cup water
    1/3 cup apple juice
    1/4 cup butter
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1-1/2 teaspoons salt
    3 cups bread flour
    1-1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
    1 cup chopped dried apples

    Recipe



    Place ingredients in your machine according to the manufacturer. Set for Sweet or Raisin-Nut.


    Cinnamon Sugar
    1 cup sugar
    4 teaspoons cinnamon
    Mix well and store in tightly covered container.

    If desired, after baking bread, brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons Cinnamon-Sugar
