    1 quart cranberries
    1-1/2 cup water
    1-1/2-2 cup sugar
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    2 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon lemon rind

    Recipe



    Boil berries and water till berries pop, about five-eight minutes. Strain juice, pressing berries with back of spoon to remove all possible pulp or puree in food processor. Pour in enameled or stainless steel pan. Mix sugar and gelatin and add to hot juice. Stir over medium heat till clear. Add lemon juice rind to hot juice and juice. Pour in bowl and freeze, stirring occasionally. When set remove and beat till light and refreeze.
