Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake

6 tablespoons butter. melted
2 cup ginger cooky crumbs
2-8 ounce cream cheese
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Combine butter and crumbs and press halfway up on sides and bottom of 9 or 10 inch spring-form pan. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Beat cream cheese smooth and add pumpkin and brown sugar. Beat 3-5 minutes or till light and fluffy, add next 7 ingredients. Add milk and eggs and beat just till blended.
Pour in cooled crust and bake at 350 for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours or till knife inserted comes out clean.
Turn oven off, set door ajar and leave cheesecake in oven 1 hour. Remove to wire rack and cool at least 2 hours. When cool, combine rest of ingedients and spread over top. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
