Wild Blackberry Torte

List of Ingredients

3-4 cups blackberries
1 cup blacberry juice
1 tablespoon plain gelatin
1-1 pound package vanilla wafers
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cube butter
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
3 cup miniature marshmallows


Recipe

Heat juice and add gelatin, add berries and chill till slightly thickened. Put half the crumbs in bottom of 9x13 dish. Mix powdered sugar and butter and 2 egg yolks. Beat well. Add 2 beaten egg whites. Spread over crumbs. Cover with berries then marshmallows, then top with rest of crumbs. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with whipped crumbs.
