    We always ate this at Christmas at my Grandmothers but we just rolled it up with butter on it and ate it like bread.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound potatoes
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup flour

    Recipe



    Cook potatoes and add butter, milk, and salt.
    Cover and chill.
    Add flour and divide into sixteen pieces and shape in round balls and flatten slightly and roll thin.
    Cook on griddle until browned on both sides.
    Stack between paper towels and when cool store in refrigerator.
