Great breakfast drink or snack.
List of Ingredients
2 cups canned pineapple with juice (or 2 cups other juice- orange, cranberry, etc)
2 ripe frozen bananas
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen berriesRecipe
Place juice in blender and gradually add frozen fruit.
Blend until smooth.
May add nuts or flax seed for extra nutrients.
