    Receipe was given to me by the Funky Mullet Band. There is no mullet in it. You can add to or delete what ever you would like. We thought of adding some salsa into the spread and even frying the shells before filling.

    List of Ingredients




    11oz can Serrano Peppers (found in the Mexican isle)
    4 lg pkgs Cream Cheese
    Crushed garlic (to taste)
    4 pkgs Origional Ranch Dressing
    3 bags (10 ct) Tortilla Shells
    Chopped black olives or green
    Chopped onion (optional)
    24oz Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    Sour Cream (optional)

    Recipe



    Soften cream cheese in microwave. Chop serrano peppers in food processer add the onions, carrots and juice. Chop the olives in processer also. Mix all ingredients together,put a large spoon full onto a shell spread to the edges and roll up, you can either put them back into the bag the shells came out of or you can wrap individually in saran wrap. Refigerate at least one hour, then slice and serve. If they are to hot serve with sour cream to cool them down and you can reduce the amount of serreno pepper juice you put in. Eat and Enjoy.
