Rosemary Olive Oil Bread

List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2C flour
- 3/4C sugar
- 1/2C chopped walnuts
- 2t baking powder
- 2t dried rosemary
- 1/4t salt
- grated zest of 1 lemon (1t)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4C sweet white wine or apple juice
- 1/2C extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350.
- Lightly coat loaf pan with vegetble cooking spray.
- In bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, walnuts, baking poder, rosemary, salt and lemon zest.
- In another bowl, blend eggs, wine (or juice) and olive oil; stir into the dry ingredients.
- Transfer the batter into pan and smooth surface.
- Bake for 55 mintues or until a skewer inserted in center comes out clean.
